All prices listed above are for one apartment per night for the standard occupancy of one person. VAT included. Each further person costs 15.- € per night. Children up to 6 years old are free.

In Apartment 11 the 2nd person will be charged with 30, - €, the 3rd + 4th person with 25, - € each.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WIFI, utilities and common charges are included.
Free use of the 4 parking spaces in front of the house.
Parking in the underground parking lot: 6.- € per night.Free use of the relaxing wellness area with roof terrace, relaxation room with massage mattress and library from
Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to midnight and from Saturday to Sunday until 2.00 p.m.
Further options, to be booked separately:
- Additional linen and towel change: € 18.-
- Additional cleaning: € 30.-
A bathrobe can be borrowed.
